A Vintage PlannerKate Throwback

If you've been part of the PlannerKate community since the early days, this week's inspiration is sure to bring back some wonderful memories. Kristan (@kristankremer) has been planning with PlannerKate stickers for years, and many longtime customers will recognize her beautiful spreads from the original Erin Condren Vertical LifePlanner era. Back then, there was just one planner layout to choose from—the colorful vertical layout—and it's where so many of us fell in love with decorative planning.That makes today's spread even more special.

Using the 2026 12th Anniversary Sampler in her current Erin Condren Vertical LifePlanner, Kristan created a layout that could easily be mistaken for something straight out of 2015. The vintage-inspired sampler paired with the classic vertical layout creates the perfect dose of planner nostalgia.

Her sidebar is set up in a classic three-section layout, complete with the square checkboxes that so many of us remember using week after week. She also used the heart checklists just for Monday—a fun little throwback to the days when our weekly spreads weren't perfectly symmetrical, and somehow they looked even more charming because of it.

Down in the bottom washi area, Kristan combined the rainbow labels with some newer mini time labels for a fun mix of something old with something new. It's colorful AND functional.

Our favorite detail, though, has to be the finishing touch. Kristan actually took a pair of scissors and cut the "Vintage" title from the top of the sampler sheet to use as a decorative label on her spread, marking the anniversary celebration in the most creative way. We absolutely love seeing unique ideas like this, and it's a wonderful reminder that stickers don't always have to be used exactly as they're intended. Sometimes a little creativity makes a spread even more special.

This spread is a beautiful celebration of how far PlannerKate has come while honoring where it all began.
