Ilysse from @PlanwithIlysse on socials is planning in the Laurel Denise Portrait Planner and we're continuing our 2025 blog series today by taking a look at her setup.
We offer several sheets for the Laurel Denise Portrait Planner:
One of Ilysse's quick tips is to put the date dots on the headers before adding them to the planner. You can also use a pair of tweezers if working with smaller stickers is difficult.
Ilysse prefers to add a strip of thin washi under the headers and the finished product is super cute!
The Laurel Denise planner is great for functional planning and you can take that to the next level by utilizing our bullet stickers and the dash labels that come on our kit sheets.
Our labels are long enough you'll have room to write in the time and type of appointment.
When Ilysse has an appointment or task that takes up a larger portion of time in her day, she likes to create her own decorative box by layering strips of thin washi to make her own time block / decorative box.
Another handy planner tip from Ilysse is to use a slice tool or pair of scissors to trim down the checklists in to smaller sections for just the amount of bullets you need in your list for the day.
