Meet Kristan Kremer, a Houston native, Formula 1 enthusiast, and passionate planner who has an eye for detail and a love for creating beautiful, functional planning routines. Tell us a little about yourself!

“I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I love watching Formula 1 racing, and I play Minecraft (my son got me into it when he was a little guy, and I ended up loving it!). My favorite foods are Fettuccine Alfredo and Cheese Enchiladas, but much to my dismay, I can’t eat dairy or gluten. 😊”

Kristan’s down-to-earth, relatable nature shines through as she balances her passions for both racing and gaming with her love for organization.

When and how did you first get into planning?

“I’ve been obsessed with planners since I was a little kid. I can’t remember how old I was the first time I used one, but I remember being so frustrated I didn’t actually have any plans besides going to school to add to it 😂”

Kristan’s early planning experiences might have been simple, but over time, she’s developed a sophisticated, yet totally attainable, planning system!

What planner(s) are you currently using?

“I am currently using an Erin Condren LifePlanner in the Dashboard Layout (Hexagon colorway). I also use Cultivate What Matters PowerSheets for goal planning.”

Kristan loves how these planners help her keep her life organized while providing ample space to set and track goals.

How did you discover PlannerKate?

“Instagram!”Kristan found PlannerKate while scrolling through her Instagram feed, and the rest is history.

“My favorite category on the site is BW icons, with dash labels coming in close second. I love anything functional, and the fact that these are also so cute makes them perfect for my planning style.”

What’s your go-to planning layout or strategy?

“My planning is very task-based, and I love making lists. I prefer to see my weekly plans on a single page as an overview.”Simple, direct, and effective – Kristan’s planning method helps her stay on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed.

“PK stickers are a huge part of my monthly planning routine. They help me keep my monthly calendar spread and my monthly dashboard looking nice and neat.”

3. PK Reusable Sticker Book – “Maybe this is breaking the rules since it’s not a sticker per se, but I rely on my PK reusable sticker book to keep my planning routine organized!”Kristan knows that the right tools make all the difference when it comes to planning—and these are her must-haves!

Any fun planning rituals?

“I do almost all my planning on camera to make Plan with Me videos, so I’m always talking about all of my plans to no one in particular. So if I ever plan ‘by myself,’ I tend to catch myself talking out loud 🙈”
