This July, we’re celebrating 11 years of PlannerKate, and it’s all thanks to you—our incredible community of planner lovers who have supported, shared, and grown with us every step of the way. We’re beyond excited to celebrate this milestone together and reflect on how far we’ve come.
A Look Back: How It All Started
Founded in 2014, PlannerKate began with a simple love for planning and journaling. Kate, the passionate mind behind it all, turned a personal hobby into a creative haven for fellow planners who wanted to make every day intentional—and beautiful.
From those first listings on Etsy to moving to our own standalone website in 2021, every order, every review, and every photo you’ve shared has helped shape PlannerKate into the vibrant community it is today.
Milestones We’re Proud Of
📅 2014✨ PlannerKate founded on Etsy
Kate begins selling stickers from her home office, turning a personal love of planning into a small business.
📈 2018✨ Moves into a dedicated warehouse
Outgrows the home office and transitions into PlannerKate’s first warehouse to expand production and shipping capabilities.
🌐 2021✨ Launches PlannerKate.com
While continuing to sell on Etsy, Kate launches her own independent website, creating a seamless shopping experience for customers.
✨ Over 1.7 Million Stickers Sold on Etsy
As of June 26, 2021, PlannerKate had already sold over 1.7 million stickers on Etsy, thanks to the incredible support of the PK community.
🌍 2024✨ Launches 2 Million Sales Celebration on Etsy
PK hits 2 million sales on Etsy and releases the PlannerKate Earth colorway, Kate’s second exclusive curated palette.
🎈 2025✨ Celebrates 11 Years of PlannerKate!
An anniversary marked by gratitude for customers, creativity, and the continued growth of the PK community. Kate has sold over 5 MILLION sheets of stickers to date.

D. Christine used the anniversary sampler in her Erin Condren Hourly LifePlanner to create a functional and cheerful layout. She used the skinny journal labels to block off her to-do sections, added the day-of-the-week headers with a touch of washi, and marked her important tasks with the dashed scallops. Just like that—her week is ready and organized with a pop of color and structure!

Debbie found the 11-Year Anniversary Sampler so much fun to use in her Hemlock & Oak Creative Journal! The bright, playful pieces were perfect for this space, and she paired them with several PlannerKate freebies that coordinated beautifully—there are so many in these fun, bold colors!
Since this journal isn’t a traditional planner, Debbie covered the left “To-Do” column with washi from the sampler and a few other PK rolls from her stash, turning it into a party week! Next came the days and dates, and from there, she just played—layering stickers, adding color, and letting the cuteness spill across the pages.
Debbie loves how this setup gives her room to tell the stories of the week while giving herself permission to write outside the lines. Watch for the completed pages with journaling once the week is finished!

We sent our anniversary sampler out to Ilysse and she was sooooo excited to use it in her planners… but USPS had other plans. 😅 Sometimes shipping takes a detour to Never-Never Land, and unfortunately, that’s where her sampler might be vacationing right now. Fingers crossed it finds its way back to reality—but until then, we’re all manifesting a happy mail miracle! 📦✨📮

Becky is using the anniversary sampler in her Erin Condren Vertical LifePlanner and sharing a little before-the-pen action! She’s supplemented the spread with some of her favorite PlannerKate rainbow colorway stickers, and both pages are fully prepped and ready for the week. This is a great layout style for anyone who loves a fuller spread with minimal white space—perfect for maximizing both function and color.
