PlannerKate Stickers Meet the Erin Condren Flex Folio

If you’ve been hanging around the planner community lately, chances are you’ve seen the Erin Condren Flex Folio popping up everywhere! ✨

Launched as part of Erin Condren’s new PetitePlanner system, the Flex Folio brings a Traveler’s Notebook-inspired approach to planning—and we can absolutely see why planners are loving it. Instead of committing to one all-in-one planner, you can build a system that works specifically for your life by mixing and matching individual PetitePlanners and journals.

And today, we’re taking a closer look at how two PlannerKate community members are making this system their own!

Jennifer and D. Christine are here to share their PetitePlanner pages, their planning setups, and, of course, how they’re using their favorite PlannerKate stickers to add a little extra function and personality. 💕

✨ So, What Is the Flex Folio?

At the heart of the system is the Flex Folio—a flexible, portable cover designed to hold up to four PetitePlanners or Petite Journals at once. The system is inspired by the flexibility of a Traveler’s Notebook, allowing you to swap your inserts in and out as your planning needs change.

That means your planner can be as simple or as specialized as you want it to be.

Want to focus on your schedule? Add a monthly, weekly, or daily planner. Need to keep meals and grocery planning separate? There’s a PetitePlanner for that. Want a dedicated place for your budget, wellness goals, or notes? Yep—there’s an insert for those too!

The current PetitePlanner lineup includes monthly, weekly, and daily planning options along with specialty formats such as the Mediterranean Lemon Meal Planner, Diamond Ikat Budget Book, and Floral Motif Wellness Log. There are also lined, dot-grid, productivity, and blank journals for even more customization.

Essentially, instead of asking “Which planner should I use?”, the Flex Folio lets you ask:

“Which planners do I need?”

And THAT is where things get really fun. 🎉

📅 Jennifer's Multi-Planner Setup

Jennifer has embraced the Flex Folio as a complete planning system, using the weekly and daily PetitePlanner inserts together. She's also added in the wellness planner.

We love this approach because each insert can serve a very specific purpose without making one planner responsible for doing everything.

The monthly page of the weekly insert is perfect for getting that big-picture view—appointments, events, deadlines, birthdays, and all those dates you want to see at a glance.

Jennifer used the 7x9 redating kit in neutral for her August setup.

Then you can move into the weekly insert for a more detailed look at what's happening throughout the week. Jennifer used the PlannerKate Rainbow stickers for one week and the PlannerKate Neutral stickers for another.

Another option for the weekly PetitePlanner is to use the PlannerKate A5 Weekly Dashboard kit. Using a kit makes setup super simple!

And finally, the daily insert gives Jennifer a dedicated space for all those little details that don't always fit neatly into a monthly or weekly overview.

It's a great example of the divide-and-conquer approach to planning: instead of squeezing everything into one layout, each PetitePlanner has a job.

Jennifer also utilizes the PetitePlanner Wellness Journal. She customized the weekly spread to accommodate habit tracking needs along side her sleep, cycle, and migraine data. The journaling kits and the day and date dot add on created this particular spread.

🍋 D. Christine Has Meal Planning Down!

If Jennifer's setup is all about managing the calendar, D. Christine has created a meal-planning system we can get behind!

The Mediterranean Lemon PetitePlanner Meal Planner is designed specifically for organizing meals, and D. Christine has it working as a dedicated home for her meal-planning routine.

Having a separate meal-planning insert means you don't have to hunt through your weekly planner to figure out what's for dinner. Instead, meals, grocery needs, and all those food-related notes have their own dedicated space.

And this is one of the biggest advantages of the Flex Folio system: you can give the parts of your life that need extra attention their own planner.

🛒 PlannerKate Stickers for Meal Planning

For a meal-planning setup like D. Christine's, think functional + visual.

PlannerKate stickers are perfect for creating quick visual cues for:

🍳 Breakfast

🥪 Lunch

🍝 Dinner

🛒 Grocery shopping

🥡 Takeout

☕ Coffee runs

🍎 Snacks

🥘 Meal prep

You can also use small icons to mark recipe ideas, grocery trips, meal prep days, or family favorites.

*D. Christine is using the 2025 meal planner which has slightly different font options than the 2026 layout, but the function is the same.

📖 Petite Pages, Big Possibilities

One of our favorite things about the Flex Folio is that there isn't one “right” way to use it.

Erin Condren currently offers PetitePlanners for everything from daily planning and budgeting to wellness, meals, travel, and more, along with journals that can be used for notes, lists, creative projects, and whatever else you dream up.

The system can even evolve with you.

Maybe you need a meal planner now but want to swap it for a wellness log later. Maybe your daily planner gets replaced with a journal. Maybe your weekly planner becomes your primary planning book while the other inserts handle specific areas of your life.

Your planner doesn't have to stay the same just because your life changes.

And honestly? We LOVE that idea.

Happy Planning!
