INSIDE MY PLANNER

💬 A little peek inside my planner…

Sometimes I struggle with keeping everything in order (can anyone relate?! 🙋‍♀️), and this newest functional dashboard has truly saved me.

I originally created this layout just for myself, but I’m hoping it’s helpful for many of you, too! It’s a two-page yearly spread designed specifically to track medical appointments — and it has been a game changer.

Right now, I have:📅 A 2025 spread for reference📅 A 2026 spread that I’m updating throughout the year

It makes it so easy to quickly see when appointments happened — no more flipping back through months trying to remember when the boys had their last dental cleanings 🦷 (please tell me I’m not alone in that struggle!).

I’m even considering adding a 2027 pre-planning spread so I can stay ahead and book appointments without the guesswork...

If you know me, you know I won’t settle for sub-par here at PlannerKate. 💁‍♀️✨

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect transparent paper so we could confidently offer our full line of transparent stickers again… and friends, I’ve struck gold.

This new transparent paper is high quality, beautifully clear, and super thin — meaning it layers seamlessly without adding bulk to your planner pages. 🙌

I’ve also introduced a brand new line: Transparent Tiny Icons (TTI)! 🤍 These minimal, functional icons are designed to blend effortlessly into any spread while still keeping you organized.
